The most important thing to remember: when powder is sprayed in to the air, it will create a little cloud and that's completely normal.

GlowSet is designed to deliver a substantial amount of powder to the skin, which is NEEDED to completely dry freshly spray tanned, sticky skin in 10 seconds or less. No more clients leaving sticky and no more manual brushing, pumping or puffing powder on to your clients! Less powder in the air isn't a benefit — it's the opposite of what the job requires.

GlowSet works with any powder, however, different powders have different particle sizes, shapes, and particle size distribution which can cause your powder to perform differently no matter how it’s applied — but it definitely makes a difference with our GlowSet Powder Gun. All that to say, any powder will work, but they are all different and they may perform differently, and we simply can't test all the powder options on the market. For that reason, we created a proprietary No-Dust Spray Tan Finishing Powder, which we KNOW performs beautifully with GlowSet. We also provide info on how to make your own powder in our FAQs.

Important Note: No matter what powder you use, it should be stored in an air-tight container in a NON-HUMID environment for the best performance with GlowSet as moisture can cause powder to clump.

We're always adding new updates and we recently added a shaker ball that can be used inside the powder jars to further help keep your powder smooth and consistent. Every GlowSet Powder Gun comes with a shaker ball, and we also include a shaker ball in each jar when you purchase an extra set of jars for different powders.
