Purchasing Agreement: By completing an order on Glow-Set.com, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined on this page. Please read this policy in full before purchasing. Because GlowSet™ is a first-of-its-kind, patented professional powder application device — unlike any product previously available in the spray tan industry — we encourage all customers to review our product videos, FAQs, and compatibility guides prior to purchase.

Understanding Your Purchase: What Is GlowSet™?
GlowSet™ is a patented handheld powder blowing gun applicator — the first of its kind ever brought to market in the professional spray tan and beauty industry. There is no comparable product against which to benchmark it. It is a professional-grade device designed for use with compatible loose finishing powders by trained spray tan technicians and beauty professionals.

Important: GlowSet™ is a device. Results depend heavily on operator technique, powder compatibility, client skin preparation, and proper device handling. Dissatisfaction with results alone — absent a documented manufacturing defect — does not constitute grounds for a return or refund. Please review Section 5 ("Performance & Satisfaction") and Section 4 ("How GlowSet™ Actually Works") in full before use.

Because this product is patented and unlike anything else on the market, we strongly encourage all first-time buyers to watch the full training and technique video available at glow-set.com before initiating their first use.

Return Eligibility
GlowSet™ devices may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below. Once 30 days have elapsed, all sales are final and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued.

Return Window
30 days from purchase date. Item must be received back at our facility within this window.

Restocking Fee
25% restocking fee applies to all eligible device returns.

Condition Required
Device must be unused to qualify.

Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Used devices are not eligible for return under any circumstances. Once the device has been used, the sale is final due to sanitary reasons.
All original parts must be included in the return. Missing components will result in denial or a reduced credit.
Devices showing signs of use, powder residue, physical modification, or damage caused by user handling are not eligible for return or refund.
If your order shipped with free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method, card, or bank account than the one used at checkout.
GlowSet™ is sold exclusively through glow-set.com. Purchases made through any third-party platform or reseller are not eligible for GlowSet™ returns or support. Contact the original seller directly.

Opened, Used & Activated Devices
All Opened Devices Are Final Sale — No Exceptions
Because GlowSet™ is a professional-grade applicator that makes direct contact with beauty powders and is used in close proximity to clients, any device that has been opened, powered on, or used — even once — cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This policy exists for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons and cannot be waived.

This means: if you unbox your GlowSet™, insert powder, power it on, or attempt a single application — the device is considered used and the sale is final, regardless of the outcome of that session.

No refund will be issued because the first application did not go as expected.
No refund will be issued because the device requires a learning curve or technique adjustment.
No refund will be issued because the customer selected an incompatible powder (see Section 4).
No refund will be issued because results varied from client to client or session to session.
If you believe your device has a manufacturing defect, please see Section 6: Damaged & Defective Devices.

How GlowSet™ Actually Works — Read This Before You Contact Us

This is actually really important — and honestly pretty exciting once you understand the design. This section exists to make sure you never mistake intentional engineering for a defect.

The Whole Point
The GlowSet™ Powder Blowing Gun is the first of its kind ever created for the spray tan industry. There is nothing else like it — and the design is completely intentional. The entire purpose of this tool is to push a meaningful amount of powder out into the air and onto the skin quickly. That's what cuts appointment time down. That's the magic.

Air Escaping the Nozzle Is Not a Defect
The all-plastic, open-flow design means air will escape around the nozzle tip and trigger area — that is not a defect, that is literally the mechanism working. It needs that airflow to perform. Any powder you notice near the cup or nozzle area? That's the gun operating at full capacity, doing exactly what it was engineered to do.

Why Imitators Miss the Point
Look at the copycat products that have appeared since GlowSet™ launched. They've added little fans and charging ports trying to replicate what we built — but their powder output is barely visible. That defeats the entire purpose. Worse, those fans suck airborne powder back into a tiny motor. Those units will burn out fast. The GlowSet™ gun is all plastic: no motor, no charging port, nothing to clog, nothing to burn out, nothing to clean. It will literally outlast your spray tan solution guns.

Random Burst or Uneven Flow? Here's Why
If you experience a random burst or inconsistent powder flow, check your cup fill level — not too full, not too empty. Give the gun a light shake and tap it against your palm. Remember: we are not used to working with dry ingredients. Unlike the liquids we use every day, dry powder can clump slightly — that's all it is. It is not a defect.

About Our Proprietary No-Dust Powder
GlowSet™ proprietary No-Dust powder is not required to operate the device — it works with compatible loose finishing powders. But if you want to see this first-ever powder-blown application experience taken to an entirely new level, our powder was formulated specifically for this gun. It enhances the full experience in a way no other powder on the market can match.

Bottom line: If your device is dispensing powder and producing airflow, it is working. Air escaping around the nozzle, light powder at the cup, and the need to shake between sessions are all normal, by-design behaviors — not grounds for a return.

Performance & Satisfaction — Read Before You Buy
GlowSet™ is the first and only patented powder blowing gun applicator ever developed for the spray tan industry. As a result, there is no industry standard, comparison product, or prior customer expectation to anchor to. Performance is inherently dependent on several operator-controlled variables.

Refunds and returns will not be issued based on performance concerns, dissatisfaction with results, or a belief that the device "is not working" if the device is functioning as designed. A device that powers on, dispenses powder, and delivers airflow is functioning as designed — even if the result did not meet the customer's personal expectation.

Variables that directly affect performance and are not covered by our return policy:

Powder compatibility: GlowSet™ is engineered for use with fine, dry, loose finishing powders. Coarse, clumping, damp, or non-compatible powders will impede performance and do not indicate a device defect.
Operator technique: As with any professional applicator, optimal results require practiced technique — distance from skin, angle of application, movement speed, powder load quantity. Suboptimal results during early use reflect technique, not device failure.
Client skin prep: Dry, exfoliated skin is required for best results. Application over moisturized, damp, or sensitized skin will affect powder adherence.
Device maintenance: Failure to clean and maintain the device per included instructions may lead to clogging or reduced airflow. This is operator responsibility, not a manufacturing issue.
Environment: High humidity environments can affect loose powder performance. Store and use in a dry setting.
We strongly recommend watching all technique tutorials and reviewing the FAQ at glow-set.com before your first use. Our support team is available to troubleshoot performance questions — please reach out before assuming device failure.

Manufacturing Defects & Damaged-in-Transit Orders
We stand behind the quality of every GlowSet™ device. If you receive a device with a verifiable manufacturing defect — meaning a flaw that was present at the time of shipment and is not caused by use, misuse, drops, liquid contact, or incompatible powders — we will work to make it right.

Do not discard your packaging, accessories, or any component of the device if you believe it is defective or was damaged in transit. You may be required to return the device and all packaging to us before a resolution is issued.

To report a defective or damaged device:

Contact us at info@glow-set.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear written description of the issue.
Attach photos and/or video clearly showing the defect or damage — including the device, all components, packaging, and any labels. Requests without documentation cannot be processed.
Retain all original packaging until your claim is fully resolved. Do not ship anything back without receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team.
A GlowSet™ representative will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Defect claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Damage caused by dropping, liquid exposure, improper cleaning, use of non-compatible powders, or storage in extreme temperatures is not classified as a manufacturing defect and will not qualify for replacement or refund.
GlowSet™ reserves the right to assess all claims and determine eligibility for replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.
In cases of transit damage, resolution may be limited to store credit or a replacement unit only.
How Refunds Are Issued
Once an eligible return is received and inspected at our facility, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The following terms apply:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot redirect refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment platform.
If the original purchase was made with store credit or a gift card, your refund will be issued as store credit.
If the original purchase qualified for free shipping and is now being returned, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.
The 25% restocking fee is deducted prior to refund calculation.
Partial refunds on bundled or multi-unit orders are not available. All items in a bundle must be returned together in original, unused, unopened condition.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available on eligible unused, unopened devices within the 30-day window. To initiate an exchange:

Contact info@glow-set.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Do not ship your device back without an RMA — unauthorized returns may be refused.
Ship the device back in its original sealed packaging, prepaid and insured, using a trackable carrier. GlowSet™ is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Once received and inspected, your replacement will be processed and shipped. All applicable shipping fees must be paid before the new unit ships.
Exchanges are not available on opened, used, or activated devices. Exchanges on devices showing signs of use, wear, or damage will be denied and the unit returned to the customer.

Missing, Lost & Undelivered Packages
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please take the following steps before contacting support:

Check all areas of your property — drivers may place packages in a discreet or sheltered location.
Check with all household or business members to confirm no one else accepted the package.
Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation for GPS and delivery details.
Check with neighbors or building management in case the package was misdelivered.
GlowSet™ is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package was delivered to the confirmed address and subsequently stolen or misplaced, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We are not liable for theft or loss after confirmed delivery.

If your package has not been delivered and the tracking has not updated in 5+ business days, please contact us at info@glow-set.com with your order number so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Final Sale Items No Returns
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:

Any opened, used, or activated GlowSet™ device — regardless of number of uses or reason for dissatisfaction.
Powder and consumable accessories — for hygiene reasons, all powders and consumable items are final sale once shipped.

Third-Party & Unauthorized Resellers
GlowSet™ is sold exclusively through glow-set.com. We cannot guarantee the authenticity, condition, or warranty eligibility of devices purchased through any third-party marketplace, reseller, or platform — including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, or other beauty supply retailers.

Returns, exchanges, defect claims, and support inquiries are only available for orders placed directly on glow-set.com. If you purchased through another channel, please contact that seller for assistance.

Purchasing from an unauthorized seller voids all return and warranty rights with GlowSet™. To ensure you receive an authentic, fully warranted device, always purchase directly from glow-set.com.
