<p>All GlowSet™ orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.</p>

<h2>United States Shipping</h2>
<p>GlowSet™ ships to all 50 US states via USPS and/or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.</p>

<li><strong>Standard Shipping (5–8 business days):</strong> Calculated at checkout</li>
<li><strong>Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days):</strong> Calculated at checkout</li>
<li><strong>Overnight / Priority:</strong> Available at checkout where offered</li>
<li>Free shipping thresholds, when offered, apply to standard shipping only and will be displayed at checkout.</li>
<li>GlowSet™ is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been generated.</li>

<h2>International Shipping</h2>
<p>GlowSet™ currently ships to select international destinations. International availability and rates are displayed at checkout. International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, taxes, and import charges assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the order total and are non-refundable.</p>

<li>GlowSet™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.</li>
<li>If a package is refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will not include original shipping charges.</li>
<li>Some products, including aerosol or powder-based consumables, may be restricted for international shipment. If an item in your order cannot ship to your destination, you will be notified prior to fulfillment.</li>

<h2>Tracking Your Order</h2>
<p>A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is received.</p>

<li>If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check all areas of your property, with neighbors, and with household or building members before contacting support. <li>GlowSet™ is not liable for packages that are confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.</li>
<li>Address changes cannot be accommodated after an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.</li>

<p>If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard any packaging or components.
